I wondered which personal paper was provided to Cyprus tax authorities to prove that we live and manage the Cyprus company from outside Cyprus.

So, for instance, do they ask the last tax statement?
Do they ask a stamp from the tax authorities where we reside?

In fact , i am between several countries and don't have a fiscal residency right now.

I am not saying this randomly. In fact, in Ireland, they ask you to make your local tax authorities where you have a fiscal residence to fill up and stamp a paper to prove that you really live in the country. If you don't do it, Ireland takes 20% tax from the dividends that you get from your company.

So, As you can see Ireland is very different from Cyprus even if they have the same corporate tax.

They don't ask for any documents other than a passport copy and utility bill that is notarized, this is sufficient documentation for them to register the company non resident if it is what you want to do.

wow it is heaven,

Honk kong tax authorities ask you for the personal tax statement for the previous year to get the 0% along with 19 other requirements.

In Ireland, People who don't provide a stamp from their local tax authority where they reside, will pay 20% Withholding tax on every dividend. So, it means those people are taxed at 12,5% + 20% because there is no IBC in Ireland.

One another point for Cyprus !

Just ask you agent to register the company non resident so he can do it easily. Have to of my Israeli friends to do the same at the time we speak.
