Which payment processor for digital gift cards? USA

Any recommendation for fast payment processor/merchant account set up? I can't wait a few weeks for my account to get set up as I need to process a lot of cards this month!
US LLC and US person.

I am selling gift cards to USA third party retail stores, and many merchants are hesitant to take them. Any suggestions?

I don't mind offshore companies as long as they will not just steal my money. No stripe/paypal/square etc.

Yes. Based in USA and the gift cards would be for use in the USA
