You need to‌ clarify what kind of people you want to hire and where if they have to‍ commute and roughly outline operations etc.
It is not so cool if your office is⁠ close to Emirates towers but your staff commutes daily from Marina or your office is⁤ in Marina and all your staff have to come down there from Deira etc, same⁣ if you will have walk-in customers...
