It depends on your passport, investment and where in Egypt you‍ want to relocate.

Easiest: Invest in Egyptian real estate. By far the best place for⁠ that is The New Administrative Capital. The developer will help to solve the ubiquitous⁤ bureaucracy. Minimum USD 100k investment will give you a one-year visa, for USD 200k you⁣ get a visa for a period of three years, for USD 400k this can extend⁢ to a five year period.
All of the aforementioned visas are renewable for the same︀ period as long as you are still the owner of the orginal property.
