Switzerland become too risky for lump sum taxation ...as some canton abolish it ..
Italy and Greece does offer lump sum......for best solution for Taxation ...
Do you know which lump sum taxation is best today ?
which scheme is best and trustable for lump sum taxation ?

Italy sounds reasonable. If you are not planning to sell a business as a natural‌ person while residing there.

Italy and Greece will have you covered for 30 years (15+15) in total, if they don't change their minds, which is always a possibility (never trust any government). Don't event think to run a business in these countries though!
