Which country can I register a company one time with no annual renewal

I have 2 purpose for it.

1) hold patent/trademark/other registration but nothing to do with foundation ir trust.

2) provide consultung service to international clients.

I can consider all countries.

hmm, I just quickly checked online and company formation‌ providers really charge yearly ridiculous fee around 7k EUR - not sure what it's for‍ but we paid nothing 7 years ago... maybe things change
