Which countries do not tax rental income from AirBNB or similar outfit!

It would be more of a plus if there's no property tax, transfer tax or stamp duty.

I can add more criteria but i won't for now for simplicity reasons!!!!

Cayman Islands
Monaco (1% rental tax tenant pays however)

No annual property taxes either but stamp duty etc applies.⁤

P.S Would be interested in knowing about other countries also.

UAE and Cyprus (with low rent) seems to be one with 0% as well. Here‌ are some others with taxes until 15%. Keep in mind, that's just for renting to‍ tenants, and not especially for AIRBNB.
Without property tax/transfer tax it's gonna be harder, even UAE seems to have 6.8%.

Interesting there are almost no countries with 0% tax on such income!

Wow look at UAE; no wonder why a lot of people got residency there besides‌ 0 personal income tax.... I don't see the bahamas anywhere on that list though?????? Possibly‍ an incomplete list 🙁....

And UAE/Dubai doesn't have property‌ taxes (yet) LOL

But after 4-5 years when they sell ton of real estate they‍ are going to introduce it 😀
I assume sooner than personal income tax.

If I'm not mistaken, under Cyprus non-dom rental income is not taxable.⁤
There are some lawyers here that can clarify your specific scenario.

For UAE Real Estate purchase, we highly encourage our clients to keep the asset under‌ an Offshore Company, mostly used here is RAKICC

There was a‌ leak called "Dubai Uncovered" (feel free to google it), where information about property owners in‍ Dubai was released. If those individuals had the properties under their companies like we suggest and do for our clients, their name would have not appeared in this list.

So, only for privacy reasons.
What would be the price of setting up and maintaining‌ this kind of company?

Oh, Dubai has actually had a property tax since 2011, called Municipality tax or Housing fee. It is 5% of the property's rental⁤ value , paid by tenants if rented, or by the owner based on assumed market⁣ rent if not rented.

It only applies to foreign nationals though, not to Emiratis.

And I think Abu Dhabi and Sharjah also have Municipality taxes.
