Can you now recommend a working EMI?

You can find lot's of EMI's around the forum, List of Banks, EMI's, Payment processors and BTC to FIAT institutions. your question is pretty broad so it may be difficult to say which EMI will fit to your business but I assume it is a Nevis setup where you could use TW unless your account also already got closed.

So, can someone confirm, is there now a 33% tax on IBCs in Nevis now, even if they don't do business in Nevis or with Nivis citizens?

You might find it useful to actually Google this yourself before asking us here.

See this link: https://data.consilium.europa.eu/doc/document/ST-7522-2019-INIT/en/pdf

"A corporation subject to this Ordinance which does not carry on business in Saint Christopher and Nevis, shall not be subject to any corporate tax, income tax, withholding tax, stamp tax, asset tax, exchange controls, or other fees or taxes based upon or measured by assets or income originating outside of Saint Christopher and Nevis or in connection with other activities outside of Saint Christopher and Nevis or in connection with matters of corporate administration which may occur in Saint Christopher and Nevis."

Furthermore...

"Any dividend paid by a corporation which does not carry on business in Saint Christopher and Nevis to its shareholders, shall be exempt from any tax or withholding provisions of the laws of Nevis which would otherwise be applicable to such corporation or the recipient of the dividend."

OP please enlight us of which service you used to get setup and how the process was. If you did not get setup this way then let us know what the status is of today. It's always interesting to hear how people are doing and if they succeeded with their plans.
