I'm helping set up a new biz which will be effectively selling IPTV subscriptions. No P**N or violence.
Monthly but we'd discount annual payments as those will be preferable.
The founders need to ensure privacy - we need to make it difficult for people in our industry to find out who's behind the business. And to minimise chances of litigation against the company or the team.
We're not looking to avoid tax, VAT or anything like that. But obviously favourable taxation would be a nice bonus. We'll each be invoicing about 1/3 of revenue (after relatively minor costs) into our own businesses and dealing with tax there anyway.
There are 3 people involved. One UK based, one EU based, the other is UK citizen but is now nomadic and only there a few weeks a year and investigating new residency options such as Portugal, Bulgaria or Latin America.
Where can we set up that's going to make it easy to:
Expecting first year revenues of around 2m Euros.
One of us could operate the front-end business if that was easier than having 3 from multiple locations - for setting up bank accounts, processing etc.
Ideally without having to visit the country but not a deal breaker.
If there were any companies out there providing front end / billing services that could provide a layer of anonymity then great. If not, then we need our own setup that will achieve this.

- Hide ownership
- Allow card processing without constant issues
- Ideally also make it relatively easy to accept bank transfers from most countries
- Potentially act as a conduit for the front end / billing step of the business, while allowing other companies to bill the front end company; so we can have different types of business in different locations
