That's lot of money defiantly you will stay out of the European boarders and you will have to look into a protected Foundation setup in the Seychelles or any other offshore jurisdiction that didn't signed any TIEA's or DTA yet.

No matter what the level of ability, you have more potential than you can develop in a lifetime.

For the reasons mentioned you will want to setup a company structure which explanation don't belong to a public board.

It's possible. What you are looking ofr is a Seychelles Trust/ Foundation setup as I'm in the process to do.

It's going to be difficult these days. It may be possible with a Offshore foundation or trust.

You need to have a discussion with a knowledgeable offshore representative and explore each of your options. The issue with settling the funds directly into a trust is that there is a period in which the settlor must remain solvent and not file for bankruptcy. i.e. Forming a trust to avoid settling a debt may result in the trust being revoked by law.

Perhaps go the route of a BVI VISTA Trust or combine an IBC with a trust as the owner of the company.

Good luck - I feel your pain.
