i managed to help out a clients corporate account that was incorporated in england but I could not do offshore jurisdictions.

I just confirmed, Atlas Banka will open corporate non resident accounts, but they will need quite a bit of due diligence including bank references, activity, and it cannot be an offshory jurisdiction like BVI or Seychelles. They will do HK. No minimum balance.

In most Banks in ME you can open a account without trouble, as long as is not a offshore Company is involved.
There exist a few good Banks in ME that don't offer Remote opening, but it's worth to fly in and do the job in Person.
In one day you can open a few accounts to have them as Backup.
At the moment Banks in ME are the easiest one for Business.
