Yes, they do. But the only accept UK Faster Payments (no CHAPS, no BACS). Swift works too on almost all currencies.
I don't know yet, but a member of their team told me Cyprus was "exotic" for them during the application process and they usually deal with companies from Switzerland, Germany and the like. They were tardy in getting back to me too...I'll let you know what they reply about the refusal if anything...perhaps 600k + EUR turnover a month was too much for them to handle? Hah

From what I recall, some years ago they had serious problems with USD operations for a quite long time... yes, see here Caye Bank - account opening and troubles with existing accounts︀ (no big surprise for me, as of Belize).

Last time I checked it was being cleared through the account of a Canadian MSB at a local Canadian bank (Bank of Montreal, IIRC) with both Caye and the recipient as part of the reference. So not exactly the greatest account details for any transactional business, but the payments go through.
I don't hold︀ an account there anymore and I don't have plans to; though I don't believe that︁ their payment options are getting better with time 🙂
