Currently my business is situated in the UAE. Since UAE has introduced new accounting and tax rules, I'm looking to find a new home to incorporate. I run a software company that builds blockchain software. Our team is distributed across most of the continents. Currently the team is contracted under the UAE company. I'd like to move the assets to a new company and stop operations in UAE. I live in territorial tax country without CFC laws, so just need somewhere to incorporate to allow us to continue hiring personnel. I don't need any banking, I only need the ability to open a Binance and other centralized exchange accounts. All the revenue we produce is via crypto, and all our team is paid via crypto.

I want something with no tax and with minimal accounting rules. What are some good options coming into the end of 2024?

Preliminary research leads me to one of the following options:
  • Cayman Islands
  • Marshall Islands
  • Bermuda

Romania Micro company maybe or Bermuda could work for you too. But is tax and accounting your only problem when you run your business ?

I haven't looked too much into this but my immediate thought is to avoid EU. We already have EU presence and regulation via one of our other entities. Having two EU entities I think wouldn't be ideal.

For this business, yes. I want everything to be sheltered from taxation and I don't want accounting because it's too difficult. Already we're having difficulty with the new accounting rules in UAE.
