I am getting close to finalising a product in the DeFi space and I wish to launch it under an LTD (to limit my liability in case something goes wrong technically + to benefit from better tax rates). I have already started doing some research and reaching out to some accountants / business formation companies in different countries, but I keep on hitting the same big wall : they want me to invoice the income, which is not an option for me since I wouldn't know my customer + I wouldn't have any means of sending that invoice to them.
The question is: Where︀ can I register an LTD that would allow me to just declare on-chain / DeFi︁ income without the need of invoicing the customers?
