Where is it Easier to Bank? HK vs UAE vs US LLC

I am a EU citizen.

I run an online business in the ecommerce field making 7 figures per year in revenue.

I need to relocate and also incorporate a new company to minimise my Corporate and Personal taxes.

I am now very undecided between Hong Kong, Dubai Freezone and US LLCs.

Where is it EASIER to open a LEGIT bank account (not scammy EMIs) that also allows multi currency accounts in USD/AUD/CAD/EUR ?

I heard bad stories about HK and US LLCs, that they only open EMIs.
is UAE easier? if I fly there for 10 days, can I do everything, set up company + open 3-5 bank accounts ?

A lot of people say that opening bank accounts in UAE is very difficult⁤ nowdays and takes either a large deposit or over 6+ months of history with another⁣ local bank.
