Where is illegal to move assets offshore?

As long as you're doing the right thing and you didn't commit any illegal activities to get your assets that you have right now, its easy to move them wherever you want. You just have to prepare the right documents for it since you are gonna transfer to another country.

Well US citizens can't open any offshore account or offshore company anywhere without to get cought for tax fraud if they don't report their activity to the local tax office!

Yes, US citizens also can not get bank interest from offshore banking....i wonder why & how they still incorporating business in offshore jurisdiction!!!

When moving asset abroad or into an offshore entity you need to get help from an lawyer and even an accountant that know about tax implications when it comes to move assets in and out of an business entity.

Do they even exist? I believe these countries that you are thinking of being "serious" is actually non-existent. Come to think of it, if there's a business that wants to conduct in your country and you know you will both benefit from that kind of business, wont you allow the business to operate? You have the full control whether you can allow or remove them from your country if it comes to a time when the business gone illegal, but as long as the business is legal and right, there's no point in blocking it 🙂
