Can you please confirm that if you open a bank account in Cyprus and which is opened for instant by a Belize, Seychelles or whatever offshore company then I have to pay tax in Cyprus? I don't hope it is the case, just spoke some agent who told me that you have to pay tax???

No and NO, there is no tax to be paid in Cyprus if a Belize,‌ Seychelles or any other offshore company opens a bank account with a bank in Cyprus.‍ I'm not sure where you got this from, but the person you may have talked⁠ to is wrong.

There is no tax to be paid in Cyprus just because you bank there! Where‌ do you come from? I have not seen any country in Europe that tax people‍ just because they have a bank account there!

No tax to be paid by anyone if they sign the tax excemption letter that‌ will be provided to you when you open the account!! That's an important detail that‍ everyone shall pay attention to.
