What's the best way to receive EUR from 3rd party and get it exchanged to BTC?

I was wondering if someone has a solution to receive say up to 50,000 euro per month from 3rd. party a mix of different people that pay for some service in euro and then get it exchanged to BTC?

I know kraken can receive BTC from 3rd party but not the opposite, any idea how to go around it?
