at least it sounds like PayPal reopened your account, mine got shut down and the customer support is just telling me they feel sorry for me! Had a legit account with them for 8 years and only few disputes... they are horrible to work with.
I figured out to divide my master paypal account into 5 rather than one. Means one master account and 5 stealths accounts receiving payments which are moved to the master account. In that way I avoid too much headache should one collapse.
