Which of the two should I incorparate I need to open an account with Revolut or Transferwise fast.

Revolut don't accept "Non-EEA Countries".

Transferwise require to confirm the business address of the company.
Requires a utility bill, or bank statement for the company. Otherwise, the account will not open.

A bank statement should be easy to provide. Do they require the owner to be a local resident of Seychelles as well?
