What's best offshore jurisdiction for me?

I want to setup something brand new from scratch.

I sell some products from my‌ address to people in Europe! What is the best offshore jurisdiction from the below list?‍

My budget is 5K EURO my turnover every month is 15000 euro roughly

Please advise?⁠

I would say I only know Cyprus as an offshore jurisdiction but so far it‌ has been serving my needs just great.

You can rule out Switzerland as 5k gets you nothing. A Gmbh company needs 20k‌ in capital and AG company minimum of 50k in paid up capital.

Someone here on the forum mentioned it is possible to buy a ready-made AG or‌ Gmbh where it isn't required to pay in the share capital.

Yes you can do that. I had sold my Swiss company that way with⁠ no capital left to a buyer in the past.

It is quite common to do⁤ this actually so I take my point back 🙂

Because, it has no EU VAT
