also.. I read the forum and I find it better to hide my company from‌ the tax author. rather than using my currenct company which I want to liquidate.

as said. I think it is better to terminate the onshore corp. so I can‌ avoid the tax office to look at all of this. Better to form anonymous offshore‍ company.
