What's average costs per year for this setup?

I would like to know the average costs, including accounting, company & office renewal and any other mandatory service for the following company setups.

Dubai LTD
UK LTD
US LLC - Wyoming, Delaware and New Mexico
Swiss GmBH
Cyprus Ltd

The primary subject of the company is acting as a holding company, just holding assets, the entity will produce max 300 accounting records per year, I will receive 5 parcels by postal mail in average per year.

What would the costs be?

I only speak company, banking I will manage beside that.

UK LTD - 900-1200 GBP per year, with accounting & registered office

US LLC depends‌ on the state.

The best option for a holding is WY LLC (it's the cheapest option, no accounting and potentially 0% tax depending on your tax residency)

Wyoming LLC and UK LTD are the cheapest amongst all of the options you listed‌ above. the others would easily costs 5000-10000 Euro to setup

Swiss and Cyprus are among the most expensive places to maintain and setup a company!‌ As others said already, US and UK are among the cheapest but they have their‍ downsides doing business in Europe!

As I can see from mentor group, expected‌ second year costs is 3000 - 4000 CHF including accounting, office and tax filing. For‍ a small company!
