Whats a low risk e-commerce site that would be high volume?

Need to set up an ecommerce site with high volume of transactions and payments. I can sell any good or service that is realistic for a new business. Basically I have a lot of legitimate cards I need to run purchases on but I don't know how to cash out besides setting up a merchant account. Any ideas or suggestions? Was thinking digital goods

Thanks. I'm not familiar with such sites though. And it seems people here are very knowledgable about setting up merchant accounts/companies etc.
