I everyone, I read this forum for few days and it was very helpfull, thank you!

Me and my associate have an online affiliate marketing business in binary option (broker + robot). We are french citizen, but we are also traveller (currently in Canada), so we plan to create an offshore company to avoid tax. I saw that Seychelles company + Cyprius account may be the best option for us but we have few question about this structure:

- Is this type of business is allowed in Cyprius Bank?
- Is it possible to create 2 sub-account with credit or debit cards ?
- Our best client is also based in Seychelles. Will it be considered we are doing business inside the territory and have to pay tax ?
- Do we need to have a director and shareholder nominee ?
- Is a payslip can be considered as a proof od adress ?

Thank you !

Hi and welcome.︄ Keep this in good care, you'll need it:

Affiliate marketing can range anything from dusty old books︆ to violent pornography. You should be more specific, what kind of products you are going︇ to market? Or are you going to be one of the general affiliate marketers who︈ include as much as they can into their blog?

If you manage to get an︉ account with a bank, establishing a second account with a valid reason is hardly going︊ to be a hassle. It just costs more.

I know for a fact that some︋ offshore countries specifically include within their International Companies Act that they are allowed to do︌ business with other IBCs. Seychelles, however, does not have this provision. Do what I did:︍ Find a reputable agent registering companies in the Seychelles, and ask them the question. They︎ should have some sort of an answer.

Unless you already know a reason to have️ nominees, I personally wouldn't recommend any. It makes things more complicated, you need to agree‌ each decision with them and in the worst case they could also run away with‍ your company assets. Besides, all banks want to know the UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner).

"Proof of address" really varies between places, you should ask this question from each place requesting an utility bill or something like that. Some places don't even accept a cell phone⁤ bill.

Well as long as you don't trade on behalf‍ of 3rd party there is no problem with this type of business and you can easely register a Seychelles company and open a bank account in Cyprus.
Yes it⁣ will, however, most often no one will ever make note of that.

Usually there⁢ is no need for that.

You will need a real utility bill︁ i.e. water supply, electricity bill, landline phone bill or Internet bill so they started to︂ request a bank statement both documents can't be older than 3 months.

Generally speaking then︃ you need to know that one thing are all the laws and regulations they put︄ up this apply for most offshore jurisdictions but another thing is that they are unable︅ to handle these regulations which means you never hear anything. Of course this does not︆ apply for the banks, they are getting better and more strict from time to time.︇

Be prepared, for the Seychelles company formation they are going total insane,‍ they have total outrageous requirements that made it and horrible jurisdiction to incorporate your business into. I can't understand why they did it, they must have lost 1000nds of companies⁤ during the last years.

You will need to have a high quality of KYC docs:⁣
utility bill not older than 3 months
bank statement not older than 3 months
passport copy not expired
all above need to be notarized

You need a business description explaining⁢ your business in details and you need to describe each business name you want for︀ your company, you need to explain to them why and how you came to the︁ idea to use this exact name 😀 idiots!

So and best of all, they will require︂ you to send all original KYC docs to their office or to their intermediary office!︃

The world is going insane.. how do you think it will be now with Mr.︄ Trump ash&/

To cook it︄ down to something you can use I would recommend to incorporate a Belize company and︅ open a Cyprus bank account for your business. Will work exactly for what you want︆ and it's easy to do.

Won't the bank ask questions if you show them what it is you are doing‌ as an affiliate for forex trading?

yes they will ask question but as I know from first hand as long as‌ I'm only an affiliate there are no problems.

We market subscription to binary option broker⁤ like stockpair or forex robot like binary-option-robot. We mostly write article on our website with⁣ affiliates link inside, then we buy traffic to our website.

I can have all this but my associate need to︂ wait next month before have an utility bill. If I create the corporation in my︃ name as soon as possible, will I be able to give him 50% shares next︄ month? I plan to work with Offshorecorpgroup.

Why it is easier than Seychelles ? Do we need︈ also all theses documents?

If that's the case it's not a problem not even with the bank you want to open an account with.

Because they Seychelles have total outrageous requirements in regards to the‍ DD documents which Belize does not have! Also it seems that something strange is going on the Seychelles with some of the service providers of registration of companies there, don't⁤ want to go into details yet.

Ok, I'll choose Belize without nominee + Cyprius⁤ account. I hope it will work well

I'll give feedback. Thank you!

I'm sure it will work without any problems! As long as you are an affiliate‌ it is allowed.

Seychelles or Belize for this purpose may be perfectly fine. I don't think there will‌ be any problems as we speak affiliate business and not providing this service yourself!
