What to ask to get the correct answer to setup offshore company for asset protection?

I need to know what to ask the CSP to setup my offshore company correct? I'm nervous that they will refuse to help because it sounds like money laundering and tax evasion! I'm not into it, but want to avoid some money floating the wrong way.


Or can you suggest what offshore company to setup now?

You may want to make a detailed description of what you are looking at to‌ achieve! If you are not doing anything illegal no one will accuse you to do‍ so nor refuse to help you.

firstly if you want to have an offshore company you should know in what jurisdiction‌ you want to set your company in and what other services you require such as‍ bank account, apostille of documents, nominee services etc..... then you can write to the CSP⁠ and place your order... the CSP will send you their requirements that is documents that⁤ need to be submitted to them (KYC/CDD) and their application form for completion with the⁣ fees.. if you accept then the CSP will proceed accordingly...

Thank you all for reply. When I read it correct it seems I should simply‌ tell the truth to the CSP and look for the response from them? Will they‍ report me if I tell them something that may be considered illegal in their opinion?⁠
