Please explain to me what tax I have to pay when I open offshore company.

Reading the forum it says I have to pay tax and I don't have to pay tax what is true?

I can't understand what it is you are asking for, please explain? Most offshore companies don't pay any tax.

Winners never quit and quitters never win....

Most offshore companies don't pay any corporate tax but the beneficial owner will have to pay tax if he transfer the money from the offshore bank account to own personal account.

One of these offshore companies that don't pay any corporate tax are Panama and Seychelles right?

According to the information available on this forum there is no corporate tax to be paid by a Seychelles IBC. I believe that one has to pay income tax on worldwide income anyway.

I've been reading that a Seychelles company pay 0% Tax, that may be the lowest possible:target: Also I have been reading that a non resident company in Cyprus pay 0% tax 😉
