What problems did you face with your offshore company?

If you ever faced any problems with your offshore company what are they? How did you deal with it?

Actually I didn't faced any problems because I setup my offshore company structure (counting several‌ offshore entities) together with some of my countries greatest tax advisers, everything just legal and‍ beautiful.

The biggest issue I got was a request from the tax authorities which required⁠ a detailed description of my setup, after submitting this never heard anything from them again.⁤
