Venezuela, to my knowledge does not have TIEA's with any jurisdiction. Your route would be‌ choosing a secure country with a secure government (like a republic) such as Seychelles or‍ Guatemala as a entity location. A good banking location is Guatemala. Its currency is not⁠ tied to the Euro or Dollar. (Very good) And they have (so reported) high gold⁤ reserves. Are you attempting to secure assets, monies, and/or future revenue?

EDIT: Would not advise⁣ Seychelles as a banking location.

Only things with Guatemala is that you need to travel there or trust a lawyer‌ to open the account I read 🙁

Yes if you want to open a bank account here in Guatemala you have to‌ come or trust a lawyer. You will be able to do almost anything with your‍ bank account.
