Can you tell me where to open offshore bank account for payment from China? It must be easy for my Chinese customers to pay me by Wire Transfer in Dollars.

No one knows. I can simply open a bank account in Cyprus, Caribbean or Latvia you think?

You need a international bank account to accept such payment. HSBC or Barclays bank is good to receive payments from China.

Yes you can receive international wire transfers to a Cyprus bank account, works pretty good. Use bank of Piraeus they are stable and awesome.
