You can buy crypto or physical metals. Then (theoretically speaking) you can find people wanting‌ to get rid of their cash for crypto or physical gold off the record.

Private accounts? Why don't you open a private account‍ in some Balkan, non reporting CRS country and fly to the bank and withdraw 30k?⁠
