Hello,

I can't seem to find a answer to what the requirements are to incorporate a Offshore Trust, I hope you are able to help.

Can you tell me how a Trust differ from a simple offshore IBC?

You may want to read this Offshore company or Offshore Trust what do I need? - Blogs - Offshore Company Forum blog post, also generally please check our blog there is some useful information there.

The requirements to register a Trust are the following:

- copy of passport

- utility bill not older than 3 months.

Everyone can register a trust in the Seychelles, Panama and in Cyprus.
