What is the minimum deposit that I should leave in order to be able to register my offshore company in Cyprus? There must be some minimum deposit required in their laws and regulations so I was wondering what is the exact minimal amount?

There are none, you don't need to pay up the share capital if that's what‌ you are asking for. A Cyprus company can be formed without paid in share capital.‍

There is no deposit, it is share capital and most off shore companies including the‌ BVI, Seychelles, Cyprus, Belize, Panama and so on don't require you at any point to‍ pay in share capital!

Most of sector there no need any deposit to form an offshore company. But there‌ have agent fee, taxes, document creating and submitting fee so on.
