What is the cryptocurrency with the cheapest transfer fee right now?

ETH and BTC's fees have exploded and totally out of control.

I see XMR has low transaction fees but they are not allowed to be transfered to the major exchanges. What alternatives we have with low transfer fees?

use the BSC network, or move stables on TRX

TRX network is still cheap.

Between legacy exchanges it will be LTC or stablecoins on Tron.

More modern stuff has‌ support for Solana.
