The past years i have accumulated some crypto, unfortunately there is no way for me to fully document the source of these funds.

I want to use an invoice service to get these funds into my business and be able to spend it.
My business does B2C and has a yearly revenue of around 250k.

I dont want to run into any hard questions from banks or investigations.
What would be the best way to invoice this? Would regular "consulting" be good enough? Or the setup of a marketing strategy?

Inform me of what you think. Maybe i am overthinking this

Cant you just invent some customers who pay with this crypto for services you provide normally? 😉

Unfortunately i dont provide any services - i only sell physical products.
If i would invoice for 100/200 of these products then there must be some waybill and track and trace supporting this invoice - which only makes it hard.

Then you have to sell something else. (If you really want the crypto in your business. (to later think how to pay less tax))
Cant you just sell fiat fot crypto?

Thats why i opened this thread, to seek for the best option.
I could invoice for consulting/marketing stuff but that doesnt align directly with my business. Indirectly it does but i havnt done a service like this before.
Im not looking to get rid of fiat to receive crypto. And taxes are not an issue.

Expense invoices with cashback (in crypto). Crypto on/offramp with invoices. Crypto SOF solutions.

Then how about you use ship some goods to Switzerland. Just empty boxes. You do export declarations and then ship it. Alternatively, you can just to the export declaration and then book a flight to Dubai or somewhere and go to the customs and show some goods and they sign off on it?

I will keep this in consideration.

I already own crypto, which is basically unspendable as there is no sof. And need these as clean funds in my business preferably

Are you mixing up you and your company?
In your first post you state that you want to get crypto that you own into your company, right?
If so your company can buy the crypto from whoever owns it. SOF is no problem here.
You ca also pay the crypto in to increase share capital, SOF is NP
Your company can borrow the crypto from whoever owns it, again SOF NP.
There are probably more options to do it clean and easy, why complicate things?

BTW what is the ballpark of amounts you are talking about?

If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability!
My personal favorite thread posted in the Mentor Group. Group of investment companies to avoid licensing.

Can you not just use a service like xmoney and invoice yourself? or am I missing something?

I think the problem is that if he gets money for the cryptos he sells the company, he will need some explanation for it. Of course, we can tell the bank that it was dividends or salary. But what about the tax guys when they suddenly see an increase in wealth?

That's the question. 50k you can just spend on holidays with crypto debit cards like @SoNewToAllShit over the years. I would recommend using the card for occasional online spending (those shops where you only buy once from) and when outside the country.
