I must be a wuss but this is way out of my comfort zone... I hesitate to believe this happens very often (if at all) without solid personal references which brings us back in a circle to the original problem

good luck though and be safe

this happens everyday in my network

There are a couple of solutions....one is cash to crypto and here in Madrid there are tons of people doing It (lots of colombians involved in the business) and the other one is one I can only explain in dm

how about to go to your bank and insert the money and from there transfer it to the emi?

You sure Wise will handle well this amount coming from a crypto exchange? I'm seriosly asking, because I'm considering to give it a try. When they don't freeze your money they transfer and exchange really fast and at great rates.
Worked well with 50k the other day, but not so sure about 500k? Any first hand experience?

I only used wise as an example, as it has accepted crypto converted fiat incomings in the past. Maybe you could do lesser amounts.

Quite well discussed here Can you reliably use Wise for mid 6 figures if you have SoF?.
Anyone interested in this, please continue in the referred thread.

Buy expensive watches with papers and stuff, then resell and ask for bank transfer. Find a reason where you got the watch/watches from ( inheritance or any other reason, gift. ) work around with notary to make your claim legal, then you talk with the bank along with that notarized document once you sell the watch and cash is deposited.

That is just 1 way, but you can spin and spin it for different kind of items or other ways.

When there is a will, there is a way 🙂
