I want to know what is the best wallet for bitcoin and alt coins? With best I mean, the one that is easy to setup and gives a good UI and overview!

Any suggestions please?

I'd go for a hardware wallet like Trezor or Ledger.
If you want to have more control about the coins, use electrum with these wallets.

Edge because is open source, non-custodial, mobile-only (iOS & Android), easy to setup and use, very good UI, many coins including all ERC20 and Monero, unique safe user/password access method. This review is very well done. I've been using it for 1 year. If you need a Desktop+Mobile you should evaluate Guarda Wallet, open source and non-custodial too.

For long-term holding, nothing beats hardware wallet (Ledger > Trezor). You can still see your assets with desktop app without plugging the wallet.
For daytrading, you need funds on the exchange anyway. So i really don't see any upsides to even "best" software/web wallets
Always remember, not your keys = not your coins

For privacy, reasons wasabi is outstanding. Preferable in connection with a trezor.

I use the Enjin wallet as a hot wallet on my phone, pretty nice and simple UI and very robust security, rated highly by sec experts i believe.

you mean you need both Trezor and Ledger or only one of these? I don't know trezor.

only one, ledger is better and most popular.
trezor kind of has a hardware security flaw that if someone steal it they are supposedly able to hack into it relatively easily.

Set a password additional to the pin and youre fine on the trezor bug.

So you mean that one is not better then the other if we compare Trezor and Ledger only?

I prefer Trezor over Ledger, but i am using both, im storing altcoins on the ledger due to that they have a better support for them. But Trezor is my first choice for bitcoins because I find its easer to use.
