What is the best to transfer Crypto to my bank account?

I have been looking for several days to find the needle in the haystack. I can send e.g. bitcoin to AdvCash from there send them to my normal bank account in my name. I wonder if there might be a bank that would convert bitcoin directly to a local currency or at least accept that the money comes from crypto?

Bitwala does that and you can convert them directly there. But they're using Solaris, are‌ annoying, not professional and have quite high fees. Why are you not using a normal‍ exchanger?

German banks are quite crypto friendly. For example Postbank is not complaining about any amount‌ coming from Kraken. And this is an exchange where you can even convert Monero....

Bank Frick requires a huge deposit as far as I remember to have read right?‌

Fidor bank is only for German businesses or personal accounts right?

SEBA I don't know‍ and have not heard about them before now, I will have a look into them.⁠
