What is the best country to register an offshore company?

When you live in Croatia, look into opening an bank account in Montenegro. No CRS,‌ no AEoI so why register at all?

Never heard anything bad about this⁠ company so far! I have used them for several setups and know many members of⁤ the forum have too.
