What is required to setup a Cyprus company?

I want to know if it is easy to setup a Cyprus company with bank account?

Can you explain me what documents are required and if I have to visit Cyprus to get the company registered there?

The only thing you need is a valid passport and utility bill. There is no‌ need to visit Cyprus nor to provider anything else for the company formation.

There is‍ a application you will have to complete, easy to do and takes only a few⁠ minutes.

I think you will need many of the same kind of documents no matter where‌ you want to set up your company.

But passport, proof of address and a lot‍ of details about your business activity - everything will always depend on the business activity⁠ both for the company and the bank account.

It's not allowed to spam this thread with agent's able to setup the company in‌ Cyprus, I would suggest you to have a look at the forum & peoples signature‍ or to Google research a little on providers. It's not that difficult to find one⁠ reliable.
