Both shareholders have to travel to Guatemala to sign the articles of incorporation. One of the shareholders can be the president of the board, then president will have to come with us to open the bank account. This, as mentioned before, is the basic package.

Do you have any solution for this so we don't need to travel? I mean virtual director or some similar service?

If you do not want to travel of course you can use local shareholders, who then sign he shares to the final beneficiary. With this service there is no need for you to travel.
