What Investor/stock platform to use if you are from Kosovo

Hi

I'm asking for a friend who has Danish citizenship and he wants to use‌ American or other investor/stock platform outside of Denmark to invest his money in, but he‍ also has a ID card in Kosovo, so he would like to know if there⁠ is any way or platform that would accept his ID card from Kosovo so that⁤ he can invest outside of Denmark.

Why can't he just use his Danish passport?

Kosovo ID cards are only valid in‌ a small number of countries. A Kosovo passport has some more usefulness. Validity for travel‍ isn't always the same as valid/accepted by financial institutions but it's a decent indicator.

Because he want to avoid doing it with any connection to⁤ Denmark because of Tax

In other words, invest in stocks but without having to deal⁣ with danish tax by using another passport/ID card, he has residence in both denmark and⁢ kosovo.
