What happens if I owe taxes on my offshore LLC ?

Can that offshore llc come to the USA and claim for me to pay taxes here in the states ?

Normally, an LLC is in and of itself not taxable. It would be you personally who are liable for tax.

Make sense, so those past taxes owed for offshore llc will go back to your personal taxes for you to pay?
