Vanuatu is on the cusp of losing visa free access to EU/Schengen, so that's something to take into consideration.
No real advantage over more popular, similar programs like Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, St Lucia, or St Kitts; or Malta.

You should do some basic research and then come back and ask astute questions. There are plenty of threads on this topic just in this forum. You don't even know that CBI programs have existed for forty years?
Vanuatu is quick and one of the cheapest. They unfortunately have not been prudent with their applications and some people have received their passport and entered Europe after being deported. The name change is a bonus but not easy to get. Western banking has been difficult to get but Middle East and Asian banking still very possible.
But there are other programs which have more longevity.
Caribbean countries are still the cheapest and fastest European schemes will take a minimum of 1 year at least to of residency before you can apply for citizenship.

Vanuatu run out of passport booklets and will have new ones only after the end of March… And this has happened twice in the ladt 2 years. Concerning the name change possibility Vanuatu is planning to have a cooling-off period of 2 years after the citizenship has been granted - the same way as the Caribbean competitors. And yer, losing visa-free travel to the US is also possible but not very probable

Regarding the latest news in regards to Vanuatu and EU - this is part of a political game, nothing that will affect success of any current and near future applications in Vanuatu, but however it may delay the review of the some people's applications.
One country in the Caribbean is always trying to undermine Vanuatu, and has been sponsoring lately many negative articles about Vanuatu and it’s program. I expect soon the same type of ‘articles’ will be published about Dominica, St Kitts and all other countries which have︀ an economic citizenship-by-investment program.
Vanuatu will of course oblige and show that it will ‘clean︁ up its act’.
This happens every few years with EU threatening to cut off visa-waiver︂ with Vanuatu. EU knows very well that they will not proceed with this, as the︃ minute they do, Vanuatu PM declares same day that country is bankrupt and is unable︄ to pay back loans to EU countries such as France etc.

This applies to every CIP. You can't be 100% sure that your passport will not be revoked for some stupid reason.

If the citizenship law does allow revocation of citizenship︁ and one of the conditions apply to you then tough luck, you deserve what you︂ get. Otherwise you will win your case. In the Caribbean, in Vanuatu, especially in Cyprus︃ etc etc

It is naive to think that courts deliver justice. Rest assured that even if you are right, you have near to zero chances to challenge the revocation of citizenship in court. Especially in those small countries judges are servants of the politicians.
