What do you think about going to Dr. med. Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt for knee and left shoulder "refurbishing"?

I was thinking of going to Dr. med. Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt at Praxis für Orthopädie & Sportmedizin in Germany.​

Anyone have any experience with him?
Positive or negative experience doesn't matter...anything is better than nothing (I guess), right?
Something to gauge him with.
