What business activity is allowed in Seychelles and Cyprus, who can register company?

I need to know what limitations there may be in regards to business activity, for instant can I sell Food or Hair Products from a Seychelles or Cyprus company?


Is there any limitation on who can incorporate / register a company in Seychelles or Cyprus?


I'm asking for both countries because I'm still not sure which jurisdiction to go fo.

Hair Products‍ are not a problem at all.
