What broker do you recommend that accept Neteller or Paypal? I have $200

Hello, I would like to start small buying stocks. Maybe I will invest more money in the future. I saw bad reviews of these popular brokers. They accept Neteller and Paypal but Etoro have a $25 withdraw fee If I take my money in the next year I will loss all my earning with such fee.

Considering that I have a small investment and my wallets are just Neteller and Paypal what do you recommend me to start small in this world of stock trading and not have problems losing money with these "greedy brokers" that take advantage for the beginners. Many thanks
