What are the US based banks that open Bank Accounts for Non USA citizens?

I want to know what are the banks that open accounts for non US citiziens in the USA?

I badly looking for a quick way to get an account for Amazon and PayPal use!

like always nothing is 100%
but they have done so in the past (up until 3-4months to be more accurate) after that havent had opportunity to deal with them

it depends on the case, business activities, what you intend to do like investments, incomings/outgoings etc as mentioned for example for everbank - you could even open an account without going to the US in many cases
it is better to contact them directly and present your case and get feedback from them
as previously mentioned havent dealt with them in recent months so whatever stated her may be correct or may have changed

I see most I don't know to visit of these EMI banks can I use them rather than US bank or real bank account for normal business?
