What are the steps to setup a Trust in Belize?

I was wondering if someone of you can let me know what the steps are involved to setup a trust in Belize?

Are there any general guideline in regards to documents required and what forms or application we have to complete and return to the agent?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Firstly find a Belize trust provider you really trust. Once you entrusted assets to that provider it is legally theirs and providers do embezzle or mismanage trust assets. You sit down with them and draft the letter of wishes for the trust together and agree the trust type and terms. KYC is standard proof of ID, address and source of funds/assets, indemnity agreement sometimes and maybe references.

The specifics of Belize I an umaware about. However I am not sure "trust" and "belize" should ever be mentioned in same breath.
