I agree, a UK company with transferwise, ePayments and even a 2co account would work well for what you are looking for. costs you almost nothing.

so if we want privacy and less or no tax, we need to pay a lot , right?

and if that above setup would work how can we pay taxes if we are not from UK? and is it possible to get that setup at different person name?

I don't know what is a lot and you should check with a CSP/ lawyer. I think an offshore company + a real bank account does not costless than 2000 euro. But again check with a guy that it s the job the right price.
Yes you can incorporate a company on the name you wish

you want to look mentor group to find a cheap way to get setup with no tax liability.

If you dont have money,then you can not benefit from going offshore or payin less/ zero tax.
Every step will cost you several thousand per year.
